Albert: So what are you going to have, Rafa?
Rafa: I'm not sure. The Hawaiian looks good.
Albert: What's that?
Rafa: That's pizza with ham and pineapple.
Albert: Mmm. That sounds tasty. Well, I'm going to have the pasta and tuna salad.
Waiter: Hi. Are you ready to order?
Albert: Erm, yes. Can we have a Hawaiian and a pasta and tuna salad, please?
Waiter: One Hawaiian and one pasta and tuna salad. Thanks very much.
